3rd grade Klee City

These 3rd grade drawings are inspired by Paul
Klee's work, Castle and Sun. I am more than impressed with the variety and individuality of these works. Some classes worked on old book pages, some on graph paper and I enjoy both varieties. Students were encouraged to build geometric shapes to create an interesting city - there really were no limitations. I think that the borders really set them off. Most of the work is done with construction paper crayons, but some students elected to use oil pastel as well.
