4th graders began their work in art this year illustrating a noun of choice. We spent the first day brainstorming and sketching. Students were invited to be as creative as possible - especially when designing the lettering, to make everything work together and reflect the chosen theme. On day two, we made the final copy on art paper using sharpie, crayons and watercolors. I was really impressed by the work (and my heart is totally attached to
